All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Because our products are handmade and many are custom-made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect color or style selection
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the situation and work with you to find a resolution if the error was on our end.
